MVS, Inc. has been in business since March 1, 1990. The company has developed, marketed, installed, and supported software applications continuously since its inception.

The initial vertical niches were in wholesale distribution, floor covering, and transportation/logistics. The clear_PROFIT solution for contractors and subcontractors was first installed at a customer site in 2006. Construction and contracting software is now a primary emphasis for the company.   The integrated software for Transportation Brokerage-3PL-is delivered over the web as software in the cloud using a SAAS pricing model. This software incorporates extensive EDI, carrier location services, and customer portals for check calls and load tracking.

Server Data Center Location

MVS has housed all commercial production servers in hardened data centers since 1997 - SAS 70 Type 2 certified. All traffic to servers is monitored at two different points by hardware and software firewalls and routers. There are system engineers in data center 24/365. The uptime for the data center is 99.99%.
