Management Information - Analytics

MIS Menu Option is the primary source of management information. Users can explore Jobs, Sales, and Accounting or Financial performance and results. Within two or three clicks management can see summary or detail information. The pages are self explanatory and can be navigated with little training.

Reports Menu Option

Reports are another source of management information; Reports are a stand alone module and made available based on user permissions and access. The reports are designed for employees, supervisors, and management. Reports are organized by Quotes, Jobs, Entities (e.g. customers), and Sales. Users can easily drill into the various sub menus and options to find desired performance and operating results.

MIS Summary

The MIS summary is a one page snap shot of key performance information. Managers can drill into any one data point and see the underlying detail behind the summary information.
