• Scan all necessary documents opened in the mail.
• Make A/P entry for all vendor invoices.
• Make A/R cash receipts entries.
• Prepare bank deposit and execute deposit.
• Invoice jobs on cue from Contractor.
• Mail, Fax, or email A/R invoices.
• Pay all open invoices on cue from Contractor.

• Monitor all deadlines and expiration dates; notification as required.
