My business has always been under my direct control and all software/hardware located on premises.
How do I know that I can always get to my 'system'? How do I know that no one can see my information? If the systems and services do not work for me somehow, how do we stop?
1. Disaster Recovery - We practice and have detailed procedures in place in the unlikely event that a server is 'lost'.
2. Reliable Backups - Saving your data and our systems is done at least once per day. The data is moved out of the data center, so that if the primary and fail-over server are lost, your data is available in another location.
3. High Uptime and Access - Our data centers maintain greater than 99% uptime at the centers; likewise for our servers in those centers.
4. Loss of 'Control' - The number one concern is that you can't see your server and know that it is safe and secure. Let us worry about your IT, that is what we do.
5. Privacy - You'll get a non-disclose and non-compete contract from us when you sign-up. We've been doing this since 1997 with no lapses.
6. I can't physically possess my data - we will send your data on a CD once a month if you choose.
7. Loss of Internet connectivity - you will need reliable access regardless; if you lose 'conn' you can use a laptop or mobile device.
8. Trust Issues - get another expert involved - IT or accountant for example. We will work with them.
9. Outsourcing my entire business? - Once we have addressed the trust issues, you can get back to contracting; we will work on your IT requirements.
How can I stop service with you?
Just drop us an email and we will put your data together for sending to you as agreed initially. All invoicing will stop and you will no longer be able to 'login' to the system. We will hold your information for a brief period, just in case you change your mind, and then dispose of your data on our servers. No questions asked. Of course we would like to know why you are leaving and welcome your feedback.
