Pricing clear_PROFIT™ Software

Monthly Service Charge - $350.00

The monthly charge includes full email and telephone support. Email and Faxing are built into the application and included in the monthly service charge. If you have heavy faxing usage, there may be an additional charge if you use more than 500 minutes of faxing.

Why a single price?

The cost of service for any size customer is nearly the same. We have a flat fee to make it simple for everyone involved. Customers with high user counts and large image storage needs are included. Very small businesses can know their price as they grow.

What does custom software cost?

We take pride in wrapping our application around your company and welcome opportunities to provide additional features. We will quote custom work on a project by project basis. Our typical billing rate is $50.00 per hour for production work.

Is there a signup fee or other charges?

No setup charges or fees. We provide setup and configuration in your monthly charges. Initial training is between three and five one-hour training sessions. We will help you import any of your existing data into our system. The only up-front charges that could arise are associated with training and consulting at your business location. Let us know and we will quote for onsite work, if you need something.

Is there a contract?

There is no contract to sign. You will need to sign a non-disclosure and privacy agreement, just as we do, when you sign up to become a user.
