An example of frequent, periodic service is grass mowing companies. Their employees are in the field servicing the same customers during the mowing season. An overview for each type is described below.

Mowing - clear_Mow™ Software

A complete mowing module is included in clear_PROFIT. The primary menu and functional areas are: Mowing Quotation Entry, Mowing Customer/Property Management, Mowing Contracts, Mowing Employees and Crews, Mowing Routes and Route Optimization, Mowing Schedule, Mowing Accounting, Mowing Reports, and Mowing Mobile User Menu and Features. All mowing service software is integrated with clear_PROFIT™ software functions.

Service Companies

Available as an option (no fee or cost) is generic service software. The service menu items include Quotation Entry, Dispatch, Customer/Property Management, Contracts, Employees and Crews, Routes, Schedule, Accounting - integrated with all primary accounting functions including Invoice and Statement processing, Reports, and Service equipment management.

Snow Removal Companies - clear_Plow™ Software

Snow removal contractors are a good example of on-demand service companies. When snow events occur, they must schedule large numbers of part-time employees and move equipment and people under adverse weather conditions. We provide the tools to organize, dispatch, and track key parameters during and after snow events. Invoicing and service level measurement are enhanced by clear_Plow™ software.
