Internal Service Ticket
The monthly charge includes support. The first step in obtaining support for a non-critical event is to fill out a support ticket from within the application. Once a user files a ticket, system support is immediately notified. Once a human looks at the ticket, an email, response to the ticket, or phone call is initiated based on the nature of the request.
Internal Chat
The system includes an internal chat capability that can be used to discuss an issue. Typing the single word 'help' into the chat software interface will get a response. If human support is unable to respond to the chat 'help' request, an email is generated and sent to the user. We will respond as soon as possible.
Internet Email
Users can send an email for service or support. We respond as quickly as possible to email requests. If needed, we will respond with a phone call.
Phone Support
Anything that you deem mission critical should be handled by calling support. We understand your concerns and always look forward to your call.
