User Management - Access and Permissions
The software provides a variety of services for the system administrator (the "admin"). The admin can setup an unlimited number of users to access the system. The first 10 users are included in the base monthly charge for the software ($200.00 per month). There is an upcharge for each additional user after 10 have been setup; the charge is $25 per month per additional user. The controls available to the admin include user menu access, user permissions, and access to programs. There are several default groups available for selection to simplify and speed the process of assigning user access and permissions. We will assist you with this task if needed.
We provide a suite of training materials suitable for the system administrator(s).
